Cast Reveal and Assessment!

Here it is: The cast for Survivor: Easter Island!

Survivor: Easter Island Cast Assessment

Sean Kenniff- 5th Place, Borneo

Jeff: All the way from Borneo, so many years ago, Sean is coming back to play again, and he seems more focused than ever. He came close last time—and I think if he gets in with a good alliance, he has a really good shot at taking home the million.

Sean: I played in Borneo so long ago… it’s a whole new game. I’ve studied every season since Borneo, and I’m ready this time. I’m taking home the million, and nobody’s getting in my way.

Mike Skupin- 11th Place, Australian Outback

Jeff: Mike really deserved a second chance after his accident, and we were happy to give it to him. I think if Mike can make it to the merge, he’d be my pick to win. I’ve got high hopes for Mike.

Mike: I was going strong in Australia… and then I fell in the fire. I need to prove to myself and to others that even if I’ve gotten older, I’m still the same. I can do this, and I’m determined.

Lex van den Berghe- 3rd Place, Africa; 9th Place, All Stars

Jeff: Lex can be a good player, but he blew it in All-Stars by trusting the wrong people. I think Lex is going to come back with a vengeance, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him dominate this game.

Lex: After All-Stars, I’m playing a different game. It’s no more “mister nice guy” for me… I want the money, and I want the title of Sole Survivor. The other twenty three better get out of my way.

Vecepia Towery- 1st Place, Marquesas

Jeff: Vecepia is going to have to overcome a lot of obstacles if she wants to win. First of all, she’s already a winner, which puts a target on her back, and being a winner, she might not have the determination she had last time. It’s been a while since she’s played, and I don’t know if she has enough strength to do it again.

Vecepia: Somehow, I agreed to do this again, and I know that I’m going to be a target from Day 1. I’m going to have to work hard to make sure people forget that I won in Marquesas.

Clay Jordan- 2nd Place, Thailand

Jeff: Poor Clay… I don’t think he stands a chance out here. He came close in Thailand, and that’s the closest he’ll come. He just doesn’t have what it takes to do this a second time.

Clay: I feel like Thailand was a dream, that’s how far away it was. I know that I’ve got no physical game anymore, so I’m going to work hard to make a good alliance and play the social game.

Heidi Strobel- 5th Place, Amazon

Jeff: I think Heidi could go deep in this game. She plays a great social game, and she’s attractive… that can go a long way’s in this game. What Heidi needs to do is interact with everyone, not just the young twenty-something’s.

Heidi: After Amazon, my intelligence was put into question, and that really bothered me. I’m coming back to prove to people that I’m a game player, and I’m smart enough to take the million home with me.

Andrew Savage- 11th Place, Pearl Islands

Jeff: Savage is going to need to do one thing in this game—be strong for his tribe, but at the merge, he’ll need to play weak. The second he wins something, his tribe is going to turn on him, and he won’t last. I like Andrew, and I hope he can make it far by playing a more strategic game this time.

Andrew: I’ve wanted to play again for a while now, and I feel like this will be my last chance. I want to make the most of it… I’m going to play hard and if I have to be a villain to get my way, so be it.

Shii Ann- 10th Place, Thailand; 6th Place, All Stars

Jeff: Shii Ann… where do I begin? We saw a whole new side of her in All-Stars, and I hope she can bring that into Easter Island, because it was pretty crazy. When she won that immunity challenge that saved her, it showed that Shii Ann can get what she wants when she needs it… I have high hopes for Shii Ann.

Shii Ann: It’s going to be great to be back. I want to bring the tenacity that I had from All Stars with me, and I hope to surprise some people. I think my biggest problem will be pre-merge. I’m going to need to prove to my tribe that I’m strong in the challenges, and that I’m loyal. Then, I’ll pull out the knife and start the back-stabbing.

John Kennedy- 11th Place, Vanuatu

Jeff: A lot of people are going to ask why we brought back John, so I’ll clear it up now. John’s learned a lot from Vanuatu, and he’s ready now. We should’ve waited to cast him, because he was young and naive then. I think John can go far this time, and he’ll make good TV.

John: When I look back at Vanuatu, I’m totally embarrassed—I should’ve gone farther. I’m here to prove myself, and hopefully kick some ass. I want the million dollars more than anything!

Jonathan Libby- 20th Place, Palau

Jeff: To be honest, it was unfair to have that twist in Palau, and Jonathan has been on a list of people who need second chances for some time. This time, it’ll be like playing for the first time, since Jonathan wasn’t even on a tribe.

Jonathan: I can’t believe what happened in Palau… it just wasn’t fair. But instead of complaining, I plan on coming back stronger, and winning this game.

Danni Boatwright- 1st Place, Guatemala

Jeff: Danni, like Vecepia, is a winner. That’s definitely a problem for her, and she’ll need a strong alliance if she wants to last. Her chances of winning this game, though… slim. Although, she has impressed me before… and she could do it again.

Danni: I know this is going to be a harder game than Guatemala, but I’m ready. I want to win, badly, but if I can’t, I’ll be glad to have the experience. I want to prove to myself that I can do this again, and I feel like I can make it far if I put my mind to it.

Shane Powers- 5th Place, Panama

Jeff: Oh Shane… from all of our interviews with him so far, he hasn’t changed a bit. There’s not a lot to be said about Shane as a game player, but he’s definitely a character if nothing else. We’re glad to have him back.

Shane: I was a psycho in Panama, and I’m a psycho in Easter Island. I’m ready to play this game, and probably offend some people while they sit in their shitty apartments! *laughs*. But all of that aside, I really do want to win, and hopefully play a better social game.

Jonathan Penner- 7th Place, Cook Islands; 15th Place, Micronesia

Jeff: Jonathan Penner was such an interesting person in Cook Islands, and in Fans vs Favorites, he seemed to be really focused on getting that money. When he got injured, everyone was disappointed, so we’ve got high hopes for Penner this time around. I just don’t know if he’ll be able to pull through with his reputation as a rat.

Penner: I’m going to have to get my previous seasons off my back and play a whole new game. I’m not going in with any strategies… I’m just playing it day by day, and I want to win. I’ve got what it takes.

Andria "Dreamz" Heard- 2nd Place, Fiji

Jeff: Dreamz is known for making one of the dirtiest and sleaziest moves in the game to date… I don’t know if he’ll be able to live it down this time around. Dreamz wanted the money last time… so badly that he made mistakes. If he can make that determination help him, rather than hurt him, he’ll go far.

Dreamz: I feel miserable for what I did to Yau-Man in Fiji… it was a stupid move. I want to play a loyal game this time, and show people that I’m not all bad. I really need redemption.

Peih Gee Law- 5th Place, China

Jeff: Peih Gee was definitely a smart girl back in China, and she’ll bring it to Easter Island, too. She’s got a lot of feistiness, and I think we’ll see it. I just hope that she can get to the merge, where she can really start to stretch out in terms of strategy.

P-G: I came in 5th last time… it was good, but nowhere near good enough. I’m playing to win this time, and my head will be in the game no matter what. I cannot lose focus, or else I’ve already lost.

Tracy Hugh-Wolfes- 12th Place, Micronesia

Jeff: Tracy was really underrated in her season, and we brought her back to prove that she’s really a badass. Tracy played against some of the best in her season, and she’ll do it again this time around. I think she’ll surprise a lot of people.

Tracy: I’ve always been a huge fan of the game, and now that I’ve played once, I’m ready to do it again. I learned so much from Micronesia… this time around, it’s a whole new game, and one that I’m ready for.

Corrine Kaplan- 7th Place, Gabon

Jeff: Corrine is a major villain, there’s no doubt about it. I’m going to be fascinated to see if that changes at all in Easter Island. I can’t wait.

Corrine: Yeah, I was a bitch in Gabon. Well, I’m gonna be a bitch here too… to the right people. I want to use my personality strategically, and get into the minds of people. I’m ready to become a puppet master.

Stephen Fishbach- 2nd Place, Tocantins

Jeff: Stephen could go either way this season—go far, or go fast. There’s no doubt that he’s a strategist, but he does more talk than walk… I hope he can really execute those big moves this time around.

Stephen: I would’ve done a lot of things different in Tocantins. This time, I’m ready to fix my mistakes and take home the million.

Marisa Calahan- 20th Place, Samoa

Jeff: Marisa didn’t get her time to shine in Samoa. I think she could be a real force to be reckoned with this season, and there’s no way she’ll go first again. I’m rooting her on, and I think America will too.

Marisa: Being the first boot of Samoa was horrible… but it taught me that I can trust nobody. I’m ready to come back into this game and show people that I’m worthy of coming back this season. This is my second chance… I’m not blowing it.

Courtney Yates- 2nd Place, China; 11th Place, Heroes vs Villains

Jeff: I love Courtney—she is hilarious, and she tells it like it is. But I don’t know if she can do this a third time… She’s just not good in the challenges. But I’m interested to see if she and Stephen will get a chance to play this game together.

Courtney: Why I agreed to come out here? I have no idea. I just hope that I can make it through the challenges without looking weak, and then I can pair up with Stephen at the merge!

NaOnka Mixon- 9th Place, Nicaragua

Jeff: NaOnka was such an interesting character in Nicaragua, but I lost a lot of respect for her when she quit. I just hope she can keep it together until she gets voted off.

NaOnka: Imma win this time… I’m not gonna quit again, and I’m gonna play smart. The others better watch out, cause Imma coming!

Andrea Boehlke- 5th Place, Redemption Island

Jeff: Andrea was definitely a player in Redemption Island… but she just didn’t have what it took to make that big move. Now, I think Andrea is ready to take risks and go really far.

Andrea: After Redemption Island, I was shocked that America actually liked me… I want to prove to them that I can play smart, and not just be one of Rob’s followers. I’m playing my own game this time, and I feel bad for all the people I’m going to cut down in order to get the million.

Brandon Hantz- 5th Place, South Pacific

Jeff: Brandon was too loyal in his season… he even gave up immunity for a friend. I hope that Brandon can realize that he won’t win the game that way, and hopefully do something big.

Brandon: Jesus was with me in South Pacific, and he’s with me on Easter Island. I can’t wait to play this game, and do something my uncle never could—win. And as a hero, instead of a villain!

Christina Cha- ? Place, One World

Jeff: There’s not much I can say about Christina without giving away One World, but she’s a fighter. I think she’ll have an edge in Easter Island, since nobody has seen her play before. I just hope she can use that to her advantage, and hide her intelligence.

Christina: I can’t say what happened in One World, but I can tell you that I’m fired up for Easter Island. I want to play like I did last time… smart, but deadly. I guess I’ll just take it day by day, and hope for the best.
